Apple no longer sells the 10.4 upgrade so this item was very welcome. Arrived in excellent condition, even though advertised as used. I have successfully upgraded my system, and would recommend this seller to everyone.

If you have an older G3 mac or ibook upgrading to 10.4 Tiger could add years of usefulness. I upgraded the software on a G3 powerbook and am very happy with the results. DN Computers delivered all my needs. I looked fora NEW, unused, unopened TIGER Mac OS X 10.4 software. Delivery was a few days, it came bubble wrapped in a box.
I would like to see Amazon screen more of their clients to assure this type of buying ventures.

Just what I needed! I needed to get the OLD VERSION MAC 10.4 and was able to successfully update my computer to where I needed to be to run the laptop connect card. THANKS!!!!

Tiger is by far the best version of OSX available for any mac. Leopard totally sucks, has less capatability, less security, many unresolved bugs, more screens of death and slower speeds than Tiger. Tiger, although no windows is rock solid and works very well. If you bough a mac with Leopard, buy an OSX Tiger disc and insert it before you boot up the mac, you will be much happier and safer.
