Good batt, fast, stable, looks very nice. I like it. Only need to add bluetooth to be ones of the best laptop pc 15", big but beauty and funtional. I recommend it

From the minute I got this laptop I knew that something was wrong. VERY slow progressed to intermittent freezing, random screen resets among other things. The return process through Amazon was a snap and within 4 hours of them having received it back through UPS I had an email confirming a refund. This laptop was for my wife. Instead of another laptop, we did a "180" and got an iMac which she loves. Hated the HP but continue to love Amazon
